Lost Ark Sorceress has all the things I want to see when I create a mage for an MMO: way too sexy outfits and and way too impressive spells :) I went for Reflux because when I started to game pre lv50 I would always forget to use igniter during boss fights which is a completely dumb point but lmao this was the best decision of my Lost Ark life. Anything you pick you will be able to play any content the game offers. No one is going to reject you in a party just because of your class. After you finish tutorial once, all the classes you create next, you can skip tutorial and start at level 10 straight. On top of that, when you skip tutorial, you get into a zone where you test a class with a lot of skills unlocked. Coming into lost ark this is the class i wanted to play the most. She didn’t disappoint one bit and exceeds my expectations. DPS is definitely lower than the broken classes like sorc and db, but I main shadowhunter so it’s not really that much difference.An important thing to remember is that gunlancer scales extremely well with engravings, especially blue lancer - since your shield is basically always up (if you have specialization & time your shout right) a lot of the negatives to engravings are basically negligible. The 60% shield from transformation (and the 50% shield from fiery escape) is VERY nice everywhere there is chip damage or dots. The general squishyness of the class makes him binary tho: you are either full life and shielded or dead.the hardest part about lost ark is deciding on a main, i remember starting on KR OBT and i kept switching class all the time and i couldn't decide because a lot of them were fun and not so fun for me but yes you are right about reaper, its the most mobile class and very fun, the dagger teleport ability is probably one of the best abilities Destroyer - Imagine putting all your eggs in one basket. Pro: great stats all around. Con: prone to missing important skills. Berserker - Auto-click simulator. Pro: best identity & 2nd best awakening. Con: long cooldowns & mana issue. Holy Knight - White bread of classes. Pro: can support while doing decent damage.

As a Deadeye main (with a 1490 GS alt), I think it's one of the most fun classes in the game, the other being Gunslinger and I see why so many people would rather play Gunslinger. Gunslinger feels way more fluid, their skills look cooler, and the damage uptime is FAR easier on Gunslinger than Deadeye. Also, GS is very straightforward to play. . Seems to me like Paladin is the worst as there is only 1 paladin in the top 100. They are the most annoying class to deal with. Probably gunslinger. Seems super fun and engaging, and has a skill ceiling high enough that you can sink time into and constantly get better. I never really played dps in most MMOs since I like being invited to parties. As far as I can tell, that’s less of an issue here since there is no real holy trinity. My favourite class is arcanist, but it's not really a good choice for a new player. Very investment heavy and takes quite a bit of practice to pilot it. Personally, I'd suggest picking a DPS class as your first for the story, getting to Punika and then boosting a support with the Punika pass.In kr, striker is pure dps that quite good damage. But striker needs some several things like runes, speicality, etc. Btw i think if you feel good at striker, it is good for you to pick striker. Striker have only 2 high damage jewels so you feel good and save your money. He will strong after relic tier and 33333. Scouter - Transformation class with a static rotation after, looks cool but not complicated. Reaper - Bounce across the entire screen and look cool or kill yourself, damage feel meh for effort. Summoner- Solid class, both builds very strong, one piano with pets, one sort of like igniter. .
